Built for Newton
One for each kind of request in your post: a case study with an email, a sales deck, an event kit and a design system for AI tools. Each one stays inside your brand and stretches it into a new format.
Concept 1 · Case study
A leave-behind a seller can send after a first call, and the email that carries it. The page tells the dentsu story at a glance. The email gets the reader to it.
Answers: case studies · email templates
Your partnership release with dentsu and your homepage. Every name, quote and number is from them.
Your lavender tint, ink purple type, robot mark and pill buttons. Nothing new added to the system.
One case study layout and one email header. Swap the customer, the headline and the three tiles.

Answers: sales decks · pitch presentations
Your Unlimited Analytics launch release: the feature names, the MMM line and the budget shift scenario, word for word.
Ink purple and white slides, the robot mark and your pill style. A light slide for the speed line, dark slides for the rest.
One deck layout with a rail of the four launch features. Swap the highlighted feature for the next product update.

Concept 3 · Event
An 8 by 8 foot booth backdrop, a retractable banner, a tote and a sticker. All of it built on two of your own lines.
Answers: trade show branding · swag
“Put AI agents to work on your behalf” and “We think math is cool.” The stats are the ones on your homepage.
Ink purple, lavender tint and the robot mark scaled up. At booth size, less is easier to read.
Swap the headline per show. The banner, tote and sticker reuse the same two lines.

Concept 4 · AI design system
The design system written as a markdown rules file, a page an AI tool made from it, the one mistake it made, and the rerun with the fix.
Answers: design system in markdown · AI design tools
Your post asks for “structured markdown files covering brand principles, color, typography, layout, imagery, components, and usage rules”. The colors and type are from newton.ai public CSS.
Every token is one your site already uses. The usage rules only allow the stats printed on newton.ai, with their qualifiers.
When a review finds a gap, add a rule. Rule 7 below is the example. The same file can go to any AI tool that reads markdown.
Step 1 · The rules file
Newton Research design rules (v1)
Built by Eric Jefferson from Newton's public site (newton.ai live CSS, read 2026-10-22).
2. Color
3. Typography
6. Usage rules
Step 2 · What the AI made, unedited
Step 3 · The mistake
Mistake: the AI drew its own logo. Rules v1 had no logo rule.
Step 4 · Run again with rules v2

Rule 7 · DESIGN-v2.md
7. Logo (added in v2 after review)
Claude Code (Sonnet) made both pages from the rules file and a short brief: run 1 on 2026-10-23, run 2 on 2026-10-24. Each page is saved as it came out.
